5 Minute Workout

“Fail to Prepare…Prepare to Fail”

Wake up in the morning to very positive music.

Jump out of bed – look at yourself in the mirror & tell yourself how great you are - You are a superior being – You are the best but you’re going to be even better.

  • 5 * Press Ups – increase by 1 per week
  • 10 * Sit Ups with bent knees – increase by 1 per week
  • 10 * Crunches – increase by 1 per week
  • 10 * Leg Raises – increase by 1 per week
  • 45 Second Plank – increase by 1 Second per day until you get to 2 minutes.
  • 45 Second 6” Leg Hold – increase by 1 Second each day until you get to 2 minutes

Then go out there and take on the World – it’s yours for the taking!
